Chapter 2 — Algorithmic Misplacement
SNS algorithms do not understand cultural zones.
They do not see values, tone, or intention. They see only numbers.
Early engagement.
Reaction counts.
Watch time.
Click-through rates.
Spread velocity.
Based on these numbers alone, the algorithm decides where a post should be shown.
As a result, the cultural compatibility of a post is ignored, and misplacement occurs.
1. Algorithms Do Not Recognize Cultural Zones
Even a gentle, Quiet-Zone post can be misread by the algorithm.
If it gets a small spike in engagement:
“This post performs well.”
“Let's push it further.”
The algorithm may throw it into the Flame Zone, without understanding the cultural mismatch.
Thus, posts and audiences are often paired incorrectly.
2. Typical Patterns of Misplacement
Example 1: Quiet Zone → Flame Zone
Quiet-Zone posts are meant for calm reactions, soft engagement, appreciation, small insights, and slow, peaceful interaction.
But if someone quote-tweets it, or if engagement briefly spikes, the algorithm interprets it as:
“High-reaction content. Expand reach.”
And sends it into the Flame Zone.
The result: teasing, strong reactions, argumentative replies, group “storms,” high‑energy commentary.
To a Quiet-Zone user, this feels like a disaster.
Example 2: Life Zone → Debate Zone
A Life-Zone post that simply wants empathy may land in the Debate Zone.
Then it receives:
“What's your evidence?”
“This is logically inconsistent.”
“Provide data.”
To the Life Zone, this feels like attack, but in the Debate Zone, it is normal conversation.
Example 3: Creative Zone → Tech Zone
A Creative-Zone post meant to share a feeling or worldbuilding may be delivered to the Tech Zone.
Then it receives:
“What's the spec?”
“This setting is inconsistent.”
“This structure is inefficient.”
To the Creative Zone, this feels cold, but to the Tech Zone, it is simply analysis.
3. Misplacement Is No One's Fault
Not the poster's fault.
Not the audience's fault.
Not a personality issue.
It is simply that the algorithm does not understand culture.
Misplacement is structural, not personal.
4. What Misplacement Causes
Misunderstandings.

SNSのアルゴリズムは、人の価値観や文化圏を理解しません。
見ているのはただ一つ──「数字」だけです。

クリック率
拡散率
これらの数字をもとに、投稿をどの文化圏に届けるかを決めています。
その結果、文化圏と投稿の相性が無視されます。
1. アルゴリズムは“文化圏”を知らない
静か圏の人が丁寧に書いた投稿でも、もし初速が少し伸びれば、
「反応が取れる投稿だ」と判断され、炎上圏に投げ込まれることがあります。
アルゴリズムは、その投稿が「静か圏向け」かどうかを判断できません。
だから、文化圏と投稿のミスマッチが起きます。
2. 誤配属の典型例
例1：静か圏 → 炎上圏に転送される
静か圏の投稿は本来、丁寧・落ち着き・感謝・日常・小さな気づき──こうした“静かな反応”が合います。
しかし、たまたま誰かが引用RTしたり、一瞬だけ反応が増えたりすると、アルゴリズムはこう判断します：
「この投稿は反応が取れる。もっと広げよう」
そして炎上圏に投げ込みます。
結果：
いじり・からかい・強い反応・論破・ノリの嵐。
静か圏の人にとっては“災害”のように感じます。
例2：生活圏 → 議論圏に転送される
生活圏の「共感してほしいだけ」の投稿が議論圏に届くと、
「その根拠は？」「論理的に矛盾している」「データは？」
生活圏の人には“攻撃”に見えますが、議論圏では普通の会話です。
例3：創作圏 → 技術圏に転送される
創作圏の「世界観を楽しんでほしい」投稿が技術圏に届くと、
「仕様は？」「設定が破綻している」「この構造は非効率」
創作圏の人には“冷たい”と感じますが、技術圏では普通の分析です。
3. 誤配属は“誰のせいでもない”
投稿者のせいではありません。
受け手のせいでもありません。
性格の問題でもありません。
ただ、アルゴリズムが文化圏を理解していないだけです。
だから衝突が起きます。
